UMA ANÁLISE DA REFORMA TRIBUTÁRIA EM TRAMITAÇÃO NO CONGRESSO NACIONAL E AS POSSÍVEIS CONSEQUÊNCIAS NA AVIAÇÃO CIVIL AN ANALYSIS OF THE TAX REFORM BEING PROCESSED IN THE NATIONAL CONGRESS AND THE POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES ON CIVIL AVIATION

Resumo

A reforma tributária está sendo um grande passo para o país corrigir problemas relacionados aos impostos e se adequar a realidade nacional. Neste trabalho foram identificadas as principais mudanças que estão sendo propostas no senado através da Emenda Constitucional 132/2023 e o projeto de lei complementar 68/2024, e o seu impacto na aviação civil. Através dos procedimentos metodológicos utilizados no trabalho, tais como a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, o objetivo foi descrever as principais alterações tributárias propostas pela emenda e sua vinculação com a aviação civil, destacando os possíveis impactos que o setor pode enfrentar com as mudanças apresentadas. Com os resultados apresentados foram atendidos os objetivos do trabalho e ficou evidenciado que qualquer alteração no sistema tributário pode fazer com que o preço das passagens aéreas aumente e torne esse serviço de díficil acesso.

ABSTRACT

Tax reform is a major step for the country to correct tax-related problems and adapt to the national reality. This study identified the main changes being proposed in the Senate through Constitutional Amendment 132/2023 and Complementary Bill 68/2024, and their impact on civil aviation. Through the methodological procedures used in the work, such as bibliographic and documentary research, the objective was to describe the main tax changes proposed by the amendment and their connection with civil aviation, highlighting the possible impacts that the sector may face with the changes presented. With the results presented, the objectives of the work were met, and it was evident that any change in the tax system could cause the price of air tickets to increase and make this service difficult to access.
